Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment
- 25% booking amount is required to confirm your seat.
- The remaining 75% balance must be paid 45 days prior to the expedition start date.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the booking amount.
- The booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation
- 45+ days before departure: 25% of the total expedition cost will be retained.
- 30–44 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge.
- 15–29 days before departure: 75% cancellation charge.
- Less than 15 days / No-show: 100% cancellation charge.
- No refund will be provided for late arrival, voluntary withdrawal or leaving the expedition midway.
Weather & Route Changes
This expedition is a high-altitude Himalayan expedition and weather conditions can change rapidly. The organisers reserve the right to modify, reroute, postpone or cancel the itinerary due to snowfall, road closures, government restrictions, natural disasters or safety concerns.
The safety of participants and crew takes priority over the planned itinerary.
