Six days,
one continuous story.
Leave Leh behind and drive across dramatic Himalayan terrain towards the legendary Pangong Lake. As the turquoise waters appear against barren mountains, experience one of Ladakh's most iconic landscapes before spending the evening beside the lake beneath a sky full of stars.
One of the most adventurous driving days of the expedition. Journey through the remote borderlands of Demchok before climbing to Umling La, the world's highest motorable road. Continue across isolated mountain passes before arriving in Hanle, home to one of the world's highest astronomical observatories.
Travel through the spectacular Chumar region where endless Himalayan plateaus stretch beyond the horizon. Cross remote valleys and untouched landscapes before arriving at the breathtaking alpine waters of Tso Moriri, one of India's most beautiful high-altitude lakes.
Begin the return journey across some of Ladakh's most scenic highways. Drive through the vast More Plains, conquer the legendary Tanglang La Pass and descend through dramatic Himalayan landscapes before reaching the peaceful mountain village of Jispa.
Cross the spectacular Atal Tunnel and descend into the lush valleys of Himachal Pradesh. As the expedition reaches Manali, the Borderline adventure concludes with unforgettable memories of India's highest roads, pristine lakes and the remote frontiers of the Himalayas.
